Weekly Master's Message

Greetings Brothers  - another Ladies At Table is in the history books, and I'd say that last night was one of the best dinners I have attended. The Brothers prepared and served the meal flawlessly.  We started with a variety of hors d'oeuvres, followed by a delicious bowl of Italian wedding soup.  The next course was a spinach and mandarin salad with an orange vinaigrette dressing, and then a nice cup of lemon and raspberry sorbet.  The main course consisted of Caesar beef tenderloin accompanied by Baked Croque Monsieur, roasted asparagus and carrots.  The culinary extravaganza was topped off with Chocolate Mousse.  Along with the delicious fare was an evening fellowship and Brotherly love.  I am sure that a good time was had by all.


Of course many hands participated in the preparation and serving of such an enormous undertaking.  On behalf of the diners, I want to thank the brothers of Putnam Lodge, and those from other lodges to turned out to help.  The brothers from Corner Stone-Quinebaug and Friendship Lodge in Chepachet R.I. displayed the true tenants of our profession.  While I an confidant that they too had a great time, it would not be the same without their help.
 
As there are several other Masonic meetings this week I believe some of us will be traveling to visit our Brothers.  If you are interested in joining me and some Putnam Brothers in visiting please email or call me and I will give you our schedule.
